This workshop is geared towards expanding your creative side by working
with combined acrylic mixed-media painting, hand-done printmaking, and bas-relief
collage techniques!

We will begin our art action-packed day by creating
projects inspired by the black and white paintings of Willem de Kooning,
the work of Jean (Hans) Arp and create a project “according to the laws of chance,”
and end our amazing class with bas-relief work inspired by the art of Louise Nevelson.

Focus will be on creating interesting compositions using form, space,
value, line, and texture. Personal expression will flourish in this informative, creative
class! Short lectures with multiple Demos and personal attention are given during each session.
