Up your confidence and painting skills in this fun, informative 6-session class. Learn Color Theory, brushwork techniques, direct, and indirect painting methods in an upbeat, fun, creative environment. You will learn both realistic and abstract techniques in painting to create interesting artwork. Your choice of learning Oil painting or Acrylic painting. Demos are given in both oil paint and acrylic. Each session is 2.5 hours.

Leslie’s Teaching Creds: taught Painting: Oil, Acrylic, and Encaustic Classes at U.T. Austin, Contemporary Life Drawing and Painting, Dynamic Mixed Media, and Encaustic Art for The Austin Museum of Art’s Art School at Laguna Gloria, and founded and hosted Austin Full Monty Open Painting and Drawing Sessions for the Austin Visual Arts Association. Leslie holds a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and an A.A.S. in Video Game Art from A.C.C.
She serves as Co-Chair of Exhibitions on the Board of Directors of The San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild.
